Start at Alcoutim and go past the Baragem do Alcoutim, C Tabeliao, Tacloes, N124 Rd, F. Zambugo, Rib. Foupana to Soudes and Lunch - Distance 20.3Kms - Height 219M!
From Soudes via Zambujal, Vaqueiros to Monchique rd (at 34.8kms and 333M) via Maderias & Rib Odeleite (down 150m) then Taipas (Up 150M) via Azinhosa to finish at Ribeiro on the Rib. Odeleite.
Total Distance - 48.3 Kiometres, which I make c 30 Miles!

Start at Ribeiro, then via Relvagem, Alcaria (320M up!) then down to R. Odeleite (220 M down!) then Up 150M (Lottie's Walk) to lunch at Castelao - 132.Kms.
Back down to Rib. Odeleite then up to Parises, then back down to Rib Odeleite then up to Ribeira and finish at Barranco do Velho at +330M.
Total Distance - 30.1 Kilometres - which I make 18.75 miles.
Total so far: 78.4 Kms or 48.75 miles

Start at Barranco do Velho, via Eira do Agosto (windmill) at 527M then down via Quinta de Coracao to N124 rd at minus 338M, then via Salir, Almarghino, Calcada, Rocha de Pena, Penina, Benafim to Alte Fonte and Lunch after 21.8Kms
Then via St Margarita, Fonte Santa to Messines, then Amoroso to finish at Quinta Penedo.
Total Distance - 44.8 Kilometres which I make 28 miles.
Total so far: 123.2Kms or 77 Miles (Half way?)

Start at Quinta Penedo then via Funcho rd to Funcho dam, to Acor Turn and Lunch at Parra - 15kms.
Down to R. Odelouca at 61M up to H.Pt 3 at 357M,down to Rib. Monchique at 96M then up to Alferce Rd, Boa Vista and Picota Ridge at 681M, to finish at Monchique
Total Distance:- 40.7 Kms which I make 25.5 miles.
Total so far:- 163.9Kms or 102.4 miles.

Start at Monchique (447M) via convent and Foia rd to Foia at 896M then via Foia turn to Marmelete, Marmelete Turn and Lunch just after at 370M. - 17Kms.
Then via Malhao T Junction, V da J rd? Pincho, Cort de Bishpo and finish at Quinta de Paraiso Alto.
Total Distance:- 42.5 Kms which I make 26.6 miles
Total so far:- 206.4 Kms or 129 miles

Start at Quinta de Paraiso Alto, then via switchbackroute to Pedralva, thn to Barragem, then to Wind Turbines and lunch. 25.4kms
On to Cordoama Beach then Torre De Aspa Head and FINISH at Cape St Vincent Lighthouse.
Total Distance:- 57.1 Kms which I make 35.7 miles! Whew!
Overall Distance:- 263.5 Kms or 164.7 Miles!
