Off we go down the road to Darlingscott which is not very busy or wide, and even has grass growing up the middle in places. At this point we are looking out for the boojums that lurk in the barn to the right - but Herrick knows they are more frightened of him!!
And further along the lane is the big oak - there is no record of anyone being hung from it. As far as I know that is. Nice hills in the background which we will reach after the show season is over, but meanwhile....
